Equipped Just The Way You Need It: WORKMASTER 95, 105, and 120 tractors are ready to complete any task with the productivity of the 12x12 hydraulic power shuttle transmission and four-wheel drive. All three models are available with the WORKMASTER cab, or choose the open-air, ROPS platform, available in All-Purpose, Low-Profile and Poultry configurations.

Engine Features
Powerfully Efficient: WORKMASTER 95, 105 and 120 tractors are powered by 207-cubic-inch (3.4L), 4-cylinder engines built by Fiat Powertrain Technologies (FPT). These free breathing engines use 4 values per cylinder and a high pressure common rail, direct injected, electronically controlled, fuel system to deliver clean, fuel-efficient power.
Economical and Tier 4B Emissions Compliant: WORKMASTER engines provide exceptional fuel economy and achieve maximum power at a mere 1,800 rpm that is available up to 2,300 rpm, which is typical for work applications. A flatter torque curve throughout the optimum range provides you with operational flexibility. For this size tractor, New Holland employs the ECOBlue™ Compact HI-eSCR system with light CEGR (Cooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation), all encapsulated under the hood to achieve Tier 4B compliancy and provide excellent visibility and clearance around the sides of the tractor.
Programmable Engine Speed: Although WORKMASTER tractors are value focused they don't skimp on productivity enhancing features. A prime example is its constant RPM feature which allows you to program an engine speed and return to it at the touch of a button. A really handy feature in PTO applications like baling.
Ongoing Value: Value should extend past the time of purchase. That’s why the WORKMASTER 95 ,105, and 120 engines have low maintenance costs with a 600-hour oil change interval.
Transmission Features
High-Productivity Power Shuttle: The 12x12 hydraulic power shuttle transmission provides four synchronized gears in three synchronized ranges, and a 19-mph (30-kph) travel speed. It is the perfect solution for customers looking for maximum productivity in a utility tractor, or for those who make direction changes often in applications such as loader work
Well Placed Controls: Simple and ergonomic transmission controls make it easy for anyone to operate this tractor. Controls are located within easy, natural reach so they're comfortable to use. The shuttle lever is mounted to the left-hand side of the steering column for easy, fingertip access, and the gear lever conveniently to the right of the operator.
Creeper Ready: Need to operate at slower than normal speeds? No problem—The WORKMASTER'S 12X12 transmission comes creeper-ready. Your local dealer can hook up the creeper with an optional creeper completing kit.
Axles Features
Traction Enhancing Four-Wheel Drive (4WD): Every WORKMASTER comes standard with traction enhancing four-wheel drive (4WD) as standard equipment to help power you through tough spots.
Rugged and Manuerverable: The WORKMASTER's four-wheel drive front axle is ruggedly built, with a 9,300-pound dynamic capacity, and highly maneuverable - the perfect combination for loader applications.
Easy To Engage: When conditions call for more traction it is simple and easy to engage WORKMASTER's 4WD. With electro-hydraulic engagement its simply a matter of pushing a switch located below the steering wheel.
