The TK12 and VP 12/27 are towable truck spreaders, which can also be mounted on other suitable vehicles. They are used primarily for spreading on roads and flat surfaces, as the spreader is powered by its own wheel. They are also very suitable for spreading on macadam surfaces, where the spreading material is rough. OPERATION The spreader uses a proven mechanism with a cam cylinder. When the spreader is turned on and the vehicle is moving forward, it spreads material on the roadway. We set the amount of spreading mechanically. The spreader itself does not have a large hopper for spreading material, but uses the truck hopper, which can refill the spreading material in the spreading basin while driving. RELIABILITY The spreader has proven itself as a very reliable and practical machine for spreading material on driving surfaces, as this model has a lasting tradition.
