Year 2004 with 6,037 hours showing on the clock. 2 deck 3 way split scalping screen, 16ft x 5ft (4.8m x 1.5m) Twin Deck heavy duty Screenbox producing 3 x screened products. Fingers installed on top Deck and Mesh on bottom deck currently, we can obtain or install new fingers/mesh at additional cost. Fitted with Deutz Engine, This screener comes with Steel Apron Feeder and large hopper, All belts in good condition and all fully hydraulic folding. Hydraulic landing legs installed on rear of machine to increase stability while working and Catwalks all around screenbox for ease of serving. Screen ready to work all running as it should and tracking good. Aggressive scalping screen with apron feeder. Finlay 883. Finlay 883 Scalping Screen
The high performance Terex Finlay 883 is designed to work after a primary crusher or on it’s own as a frontline tracked mobile screening machine. Applications include quarrying, mining construction and demolition debris, topsoil, recycling, sand, gravel, coal and aggregates. The plant has the capacity to process at a rate of up to 500 tonnes per hour and can be fed either by a tracked mobile crusher or an excavator.
Aggressive screen box can accept bofor bars, speedharps wovenmesh, punch plate, tines and cascade fingers.
Modular configuration screen box with 4.8m x 1.5m (16’ x 5’) top deck and 3.65m x 1.5m (12’ x 5’) bottom deck screen.
Screen box angle can be hydraulically adjusted to an angle between 13º to 19º.
Screen box discharge end can be hydraulically raised 500mm to facilitate efficient and easy media access and changing.
