SPECIFICATIONS: • Volume of bitumen/emulsion tank: 6 m3. • Durable, reliable performance with high quality built-in oil heater, bitumen and thermal oil pumps, valves and other equipment. • A hydraulically driven variable bitumen pump coupled to a variable displacement pump, which in turn is coupled to the truck's PTO. • Collapsible and height-adjustable thermal oil heated spray bar, specially designed spray nozzles provide uniform and sensitive atomization. • Thermal oil circulation throughout the ramp ensures even material flow and perfect atomization. • A 7" control screen inside the driver's cab provides full control of spray, material flow and flow, and other operating parameters. • Fully automatic dosing system allows you to control the spraying of bituminous emulsion (liter/m²) regardless of truck speed and spray width. • Option: High pressure diesel burners 14–26 kg/h.
