Left turbocharge used again, right turbocharge to be repaired - The coupling has been damaged and continues to be used without replacement Generator Maintenance: - It used the generator of the NO 5 genset set after maintenance - Replaced front and rear bearings and grease seals - Replaced front and rear bearing outer rings - Performed laser cladding on the rear ends of the main shaft - Performed VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) insulation treatment and drying - Conducted rotor dynamic balance test - Conducted overall performance testing Shaft Alignment Check: - Engine and Generator Shaft Alignment Radiator Check: - The water tank of genset 5 was installed into genset 6 - Radiator Disassembly, Reassembly, and Cleaning Generator Set D&A: - Continued to use the container of generator Set 6 - Generator Set Entry and Exit from the Container Overall Performance Testing: - Tested according to Caterpillar test standard 349-6498 (see attachment for details), with a maximum load reaching 60%. As all cylinder heads installed are manually refurbished on site, please note that the long-term load must not exceed 60%
