Marcel Equipment completed the following inspections on this Volvo A30G articulated rock truck;
Upon arrival, machine was fully stripped for power washing
Full visual & operational inspections were completed
Engine, torque, transmission & hydraulic pressures were taken to ensure within OEM spec
Performance checks were completed
Oils were checked for contaminates
Magnets & suction screens were checked for contaminates
All filters were cut open & inspected for contaminates
Machine was serviced as required
Engine oil was changed
Verified 6 wheel drive operation
Checked all switches in cab for proper operation
Verified all lights worked
Center hitch & oscillation tight
Verified engine brake operation
Marcel Equipment then completed the following repairs on this A30G Volvo;
Repaired engine oil leak
Replaced hoses as required
REBUILT seat suspension
Repaired minor coolant leaks
Installed NEW hose armour at center hitch
Tested & serviced batteries & connections
Installed NEW u-joints on front driveshaft
Line bored rear box pin bores
Installed NEW rear pins & bushings
Resealed hydraulic pump mounting
Serviced parking brake assembly
Resealed hydraulic site glass
Serviced & cleaned complete HVAC system
Completed all required cab repairs
Completed all required cosmetic repairs
Machine is now ready to go to work.
