The KX165 is Kubota's flagship 6.5-ton zero-tail-swing mini excavator, featuring Japanese original engine power + a three-pump合流 hydraulic system. It is designed for five major working conditions: municipal renovation, landscaping, indoor demolition and remodeling, rural infrastructure, and pipeline trenching. Standard equipment includes pre-installed hydraulic piping for a breaker, with a factory-reserved multi-valve, allowing direct attachment of a full range of implements including hydraulic breakers, log grapples, augers, compactors, and more – making it one of the most versatile models in the 6.5-ton mini excavator class. With its zero-tail-swing and side-shift boom configuration, the machine can perform full-slewing rotations in tight spaces such as building corners, greenbelts, and narrow alleyways without hitting surrounding walls. The KX165 enjoys a very large installed base in the domestic rental market.
