Universal sand / salt spreader
The machine can be used in winter as a road sand spreader and as a universal fertilizer spreader.
Mechanical belt drive from the wheel.
Technical specifications:
1. Cargo box:
a. Made of 3mm thick sheet metal.
b. Frame and cargo box painted.
c. Cargo box capacity - 2800 liters
d. Tank bottom lined with 6mm plastic coating that eliminates sticking of material to the floor.

3. Spreading system
a. Chain conveyor 500mm wide.
b. Chain driven by gear wheels
c. The chain moves on a 6mm plastic jacket lying on the bottom of the tank - the jacket is additionally sealed with silicone.
d. Regardless of whether the chain is loaded with material or is going uphill, it always evenly feeds the material to the spreading discs - therefore it does not need sieves protecting against lumps of frozen sand. e. Chain conveyor drive mechanical from 3-speed drive gearbox transferring drive from the road wheel to the chain
– thanks to this, despite speed changes, the dose of material fed to the spreading discs does not change.
f. Range of sown material - from 36 kg/ha to 5000 kg/ha.
g. Gearbox lifted hydraulically - allows stopping the material fed to the spreading discs.
h. Adjustment of the sown bulk material - adjustment range from 2 to 18 m.
i. Adjustment of any spreading width via a hydraulic-mechanical valve - controlling the oil flow
to the hydraulic motors
driving the spreading discs.
j. Range of spreading disc speeds from 0 to 1100 rpm - any working width.
k.Two galvanized spreading discs driven by hydraulic motors.
l.Discs with profiled fixed blades.
m.Dump gate mechanically opened with an opening range from 0 mm to 300 mm
n.150-degree scale of the dump gate opening.
