With the VERLIFT crane it is possible to build up in very extreme conditions (wind and temperature) safely element by element. During the design time minimisation has also been taken into account for the positioning to object. All parts of the VERLIFT can be transported in a 20’ or 40’ container, which makes the freight forwarding to hard reachable destinations easier. The Crane is also equipped with an optional self-drive-mechanism, in order to be able to move itself. As soon as the object is assembled completely, the VERLIFT is able to lower itself through the windmill. The VERLIFT is designed in a way that the transportation is possible within three (3) 40’ containers (of which one is a 1 flat rack) and the weights and dimensions of it are as follows (last photo). Counterweight: in concrete block in the ground. Calculation standard All calculations were made according to Eurocode.

The following load factors were considered: static: factor 1,4 dynamic: factor 1,2 Wind speed limit For the maximum admissible wind speed, following values must be respected: Lifting operations: 12 m/s Telescopic manipulation of the tower: 20 m/s Stand-still, boom as high as possible (± 12 m tower free): 60 m/s Stand-still, boom just above the windmill: 114 m/s Temperature limit The temperature during which can be worked must be restricted between -40°C to +60°C, due to the limitations of the cable sheaves.더 보기
