The Komatsu PC240-8 is a 24-ton all-round hydraulic excavator equipped with Komatsu's self-developed SAA6D107E-1 engine that delivers a rated power of 123kW/2000rpm and meets the National III emission standard for non-road mobile machinery. It comes with a standard 1.2m³ bucket, boasting a bucket digging force of 172kN and an arm digging force of 129kN, with a maximum travel speed of 5.5km/h and an operating weight of 24.6-25.7t. Paired with the HydrauMind hydraulic system, it features high efficiency, fuel economy and precise response. The fuselage adopts a reinforced boom and arm as well as a high-rigidity frame, and the LC long track version offers lower ground contact pressure and more stable operation.
