T BS COMBI is a mobile sorting machine with integrated feeding, sorting and output of sorted waste on a conveyor belt. The machine sorts the waste into three different fractions: – 3D fraction: Hard plastic, Glass, Metal, Tetra Pak, Cardboard etc. – 2D fraction: Soft plastic, Foil, Paper, Textiles etc. – Sieve fraction: Waste sorted through a sieve: Stone, Sand, Dust, Organic waste etc. (Sieve size as required) Like its predecessor ( T BS 45 ) , the machine is designed specifically for sorting soft plastic. The method is called ballistic separation, which uses gravity and the shape and stiffness of the waste to sort 2D and 3D items. T BS COMBI is unique in that it includes both feeding, sorting and output of waste in one and the same machine.
